Gilles graduated from the Panthéon-Assas University of Paris 2, with degrees in both Public and Business Law. He also completed a degree in Public Service from Sciences-Po Paris. From 1992 until 1998, Gilles worked for the Interel Agency in Belgium. In 1998, he joined Gavin Anderson, where he created, developed and expanded the Department of Institutional Strategy in Paris and throughout Europe.
Gilles created ARCTURUS GROUP in 2001 in Brussels before opening new offices in several European capitals. He is now in charge of commercial prospecting and international development of the group, while participating in institutional strategy development on a number of important dossiers.
